Tim and Fiona Barton run the Cornish Pizza Co. and You will find a very passionate Tim in the shop every day that it’s open making the pizzas himself. “We love everything about Cornwall, especially the provenance of food here. We work closely with a number of local producers, sourcing Cornish cheeses, Cornish veg and charcuterie from Duchy Charcuterie; we even forage our own wild seasonal ingredients!”
