Since first coming up with the idea for Land of Saints Gin, the couple spent endless hours working with a local distillery and local suppliers to create a high-quality drink that not only met their own exacting environmental standards but also contributed in a positive way to the fight against climate change.

They have set up their business, Cornish Spirits, as a social enterprise and 50p from every bottle sold, plus any trading activity surplus, will be donated to FFI which has the Queen as its patron and Sir David Attenborough as one of its vice-presidents.
