Meet the Founder
CornwallPastaCo was born from the vision of Chef Nicholas Egan, who began cooking in professional kitchens at 13yrs old.
In February 2020 CornwallPastaCo became a reality and started to produce pastas utilising and experimenting with Organic and Cornish ingredients.
We are proud to say we have been plastic free from the beginning and Organic. Our environment has always played a huge part in our decision making here on the farm and we are honoured to be part of the Organic Soil Association and The Guild Of Fine Foods.
